19th June 2019 SME Alliance has become aware of attempt to challenge the integrity of Kevin Hollinrake MP, co-chair of the APPG on Fair Business Bank. Please find below a Statement from Nikki Turner, director of SME Alliance:
“Kevin Hollinrake MP has been a tireless supporter of SMEs in their fight against the banks, drawing on his own experience as an entrepreneur whose business thrived despite issues with some of its lenders. Kevin declared his interest to the Chairman of the Independent Steering Group of the Dispute Resolution Scheme in March 2019, when the APPG was invited to join the discussions to create the DRS and in Parliament. He has repeatedly said he would donate his share of any compensation received to either the APPG or a nominated charity. The SME Alliance supports Kevin 100% and would see any attempt to undermine Kevin as bad faith by those who supposedly support this initiative. “It is very disappointing that any of the contributors to the DRS who to date, have demonstrated an encouraging willingness to work together to find a resolution for the impasse between SMEs and lenders in dispute, would attempt to malign any member of the ISG, which in turn, threatens to destabilise such a worthy cause. ”

I fully comprehend the cases in question, and have watched intently. FCA would not support me, The Regulator went over my head, appointing a Pensions Funds Trustee, Winterbourne Trustees. I am the Trustee of all Joint Funds, with stamped. Trustee DeedsFounder owner of Private Limited Company, Data Exchange Limited, Wirral in 1981. Acorn Dealer/BBC SuPPlier and installer to 5 Educational Authorities. I have not had support from any Government, MP's or CBI, I built a successful Company, until The Bank fraudulently, without my knowledge, used the funds as Loan gUARANTEES FOR EU Grants.The forms 2, state needed shareholders with over 10%. I divorced and was stitched by The Baristers/Lawyers, NO Pensions Order. I was not advised to even claim under my husbands. NI. I worked 44yrs, paid into Governent, DHSS, Created jobs, with contracts frominception of Toyoya to 1996. HSBC Fraudulently, PWC negligently ignore me, woman, wife founder. Tony Blair, , Labour changed divorce Law 1999. Lawyers backed HSBC, who took the NPI Funds, in 1999, I was married. After years of contacting Committes, Gov bodies, incl FCA,Wirral Borough Council 2018 confirm HSBC Bank and PWC held meetings behind my back. Barclays and Yorkshire Bank I refused to use my home, assets as Guarantees for Grants on Rented property, Unilever rent £17,500. Pooh! Last week a Business Manager at HSBC, agreed to meet, he saw all the evidence. 2nEU Grants, one paid out, loans Guarantees £125,000. My company, my husband woeked at Unilever, to 1983. He was Mortified at the FRAUD, last week. He advised me to take the matter further. I have tried, he suggested POLICE Matter. Iv been harassed, sectioned, I am too Good. 45 Lost Jobs, PWC and HSBC. I was excluded from everything, they gave overdrafts, Loans with Pensions as Guarantees, I was married. The Law is corrupt. I tell you as I watched the Lords 6th to 7th September, 2019, Labour intent with rebels to oust yet another PM. LEAVE WITH OR Without a Deal, destroy Boris. Lords said this is a private Bill. Boris is Right to Jealousy. It is a disease. not fixable by the NHs! I will contact Legal Ombudsman, as I have tried your office. I request advice, and Assistance from SMR Alliance.
