The Banks’ Failure To Pay Consequential Loss Under The FCA Redress Scheme Some of you will be aware that Adrian Maurice of Pragmaticum and solicitors Mishcon de Reya (“Mishcon”) were working to bring a group action or actions against the banks regarding their failure to pay fair redress for Consequential Loss.
