Please can it be beginning September
As a lot of people are with the children and summer hols and we need as manner people to attend
Good to make a stay over so people can have the next day to go over things.
Also we need to bring as many groups together

Hi David,

Thanks for getting in touch. We did consider hosting the event in September as we understand all too well about the Summer Holidays however September is already a very busy month and our venue only has limited availability so unfortunately we are unable to move the event date. We will be hosting similar events in the future which we hope you will be able to attend.
